多源激勵(lì)下CSP軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)扭振問題研究

【摘要】:為研究薄板坯連鑄連軋CSP軋機(jī)在軋制高強(qiáng)薄帶鋼時(shí)出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)烈振動(dòng)這一普遍難題,利用軋機(jī)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)獲取振動(dòng)信號(hào),分析得出CSP軋機(jī)存在電氣驅(qū)動(dòng)、機(jī)械傳動(dòng)及輥系壓下耦合振動(dòng)且振動(dòng)信號(hào)表現(xiàn)出非線性諧波特征。以F3軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)扭振問題為研究對(duì)象,通過建立傳動(dòng)等效非線性2自由度系統(tǒng)模型,將電氣驅(qū)動(dòng)諧波和軋制力諧波作為外擾激勵(lì)施加到模型求解,結(jié)果顯示軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)在多源激勵(lì)下存在超諧、亞諧及組合共振等多態(tài)特征。以w_1-w_2≈w-n型組合共振為例求解獲得振動(dòng)響應(yīng)幅值隨阻尼一次、三次項(xiàng)減小和剛度三次項(xiàng)、初始加載及諧波激勵(lì)增大而增大的結(jié)論。由此制定利用抑制電氣驅(qū)動(dòng)電流諧波和軋制力諧波來抑制軋機(jī)傳動(dòng)扭振方案,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明振動(dòng)幅值降低75%,取得顯著效果。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容對(duì)深入認(rèn)識(shí)傳動(dòng)非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)特性與軋機(jī)系統(tǒng)耦合振動(dòng)機(jī)理以及振動(dòng)抑制提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the strong vibration of thin slab continuous casting and rolling CSP mill when rolling high strength thin strip, the vibration signal was obtained by on-line monitoring system of rolling mill, and the electric drive of CSP mill was analyzed. The coupling vibration of mechanical transmission and roll system under pressure and the vibration signal shows nonlinear harmonic characteristic. Taking the torsional vibration of the main drive of F3 mill as the research object, the electric drive harmonic and rolling force harmonic are applied to the model by establishing the drive equivalent nonlinear two-degree-of-freedom system model. The results show that the main drive of rolling mill has the characteristics of superharmonic subharmonic and combined resonance under multi-source excitation. Taking w_1-w_2 鈮,
