連桿襯套溫擠壓預成形技術及數值模擬研究

【摘要】:本文以錫青銅連桿襯套預成形坯料為研究對象,依據連桿襯套坯料溫擠壓成形原理和錫青銅材料的特點,選擇了溫擠壓成形方式。采用這種成形方式,擠壓件的變形抗力低、尺寸精度高、表面質量高、力學性能好,被廣泛的應用于特殊工藝要求的擠壓成形。詳細的對連桿襯套溫擠壓塑性成形基本原理進行了理論分析,給連桿襯套溫擠壓有限元模擬提供了理論基礎和依據。溫擠壓成形工藝參數直接影響擠壓產品的成形質量,利用有限元軟件DEFORM-3D對連桿襯套溫擠壓預成形技術進行了數值模擬研究,分析了溫擠壓工藝參數對坯料成形的影響規(guī)律,得到了溫擠壓溫度、溫擠壓速度、摩擦系數等工藝參數在溫擠壓過程中對擠壓筒形件的等效應變、等效應力、擠壓力、損傷值的影響規(guī)律。采用正交試驗法重點分析了溫擠壓工藝參數對擠壓筒形件的等效應力、等效應變、擠壓力、損傷值影響的顯著性大小,得出了工藝參數對目標值的影響順序。利用極差分析法對溫擠壓工藝參數的影響顯著性大小做了定量的分析得到了一組合理的工藝參數,即溫擠壓溫度為700℃、溫擠壓速度為5 mm/s、摩擦系數數為0.1,根據連桿襯套溫擠壓模擬試驗驗證了使用優(yōu)化后的工藝參數制造出的成形件表面質量高。根據連桿襯套坯料溫擠壓成形加工成形的特點,選擇了反擠壓作為溫擠壓成形方式,理論分析計算了預熱后坯料和擠壓完成后筒形件的尺寸,為溫擠壓模具的設計提供理論依據。通過對連桿襯套坯料溫擠壓成形難點的分析和研究,結合正交優(yōu)化和仿真模擬的結論,制定出了一套合理的連桿襯套溫擠壓成形方案。重點對發(fā)動機連桿襯套坯料的溫擠壓成形工藝進行了研究,通過合理的控制坯料預熱溫度、模具預熱溫度、溫擠壓潤滑等條件能夠加工出性能優(yōu)越的成形工件,并以此為依據設計出帶有保溫控制系統、自動頂料裝置的雙層組合預應力擠壓模具。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preformed billet of tin bronze connecting rod bushing is taken as the research object. According to the warm extrusion forming principle of connecting rod bushing blank and the characteristics of tin bronze material, the warm extrusion forming method is selected. With this forming method, the extrusion parts have low deformation resistance, high dimensional precision, high surface quality and good mechanical properties, so they are widely used in extrusion forming with special process requirements. The basic principle of warm extrusion plastic forming of connecting rod bushing is analyzed in detail, which provides a theoretical basis and basis for the finite element simulation of warm extrusion of connecting rod bushing. Warm extrusion process parameters directly affect the forming quality of extrusion products. The numerical simulation of warm extrusion preforming technology for connecting rod bushing is carried out by using finite element software DEFORM-3D, and the influence of warm extrusion process parameters on blank forming is analyzed. The effects of temperature, velocity and friction coefficient on the equivalent strain, equivalent stress, extrusion pressure and damage value of the extruded cylinder are obtained. The orthogonal test method is used to analyze the significance of the influence of the process parameters of warm extrusion on the equivalent stress, equivalent strain, extrusion pressure and damage value of the extruded cylinder, and the order of the effects of the process parameters on the target value is obtained. By means of the range analysis method, the influence of the temperature extrusion parameters on the technological parameters is quantitatively analyzed and a set of reasonable technological parameters are obtained, that is, the temperature of warm extrusion is 700 鈩,
