栓接結(jié)合部剛度建模與特性分析

【摘要】:為在圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)階段準(zhǔn)確獲取數(shù)控機(jī)床關(guān)鍵功能部件中栓接結(jié)合部的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,綜合考慮結(jié)合面和螺栓兩部分因素,運(yùn)用WM函數(shù)和功率譜函數(shù)表征表面微觀形貌特征,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法和Mindlin理論建立結(jié)合面剛度模型,最終建立栓接結(jié)合部法向與切向剛度模型,根據(jù)模態(tài)試驗(yàn)與有限元法對(duì)比驗(yàn)證所建模型的正確性。通過分析表面粗糙度、法向載荷和栓接結(jié)合部剛度之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明:法向載荷的大小影響結(jié)合面微觀形貌特性,載荷越大,真實(shí)接觸面積越大,表面粗糙度越小;在相同法向載荷下,表面粗糙度越小,栓接結(jié)合部的剛度越大;栓接結(jié)合部的剛度隨著法向載荷的增加而遞增,其速率是先快后慢,且相互之間呈現(xiàn)明顯的非線性關(guān)系,但當(dāng)載荷較小時(shí),栓接結(jié)合部的法向剛度與法向載荷呈線性關(guān)系,可采用線性化方法獲取栓接結(jié)合部的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately obtain the dynamic characteristics of the bolted joints in the key functional components of NC machine tools in the drawing design stage, the micro-morphology of the surfaces is characterized by WM function and power spectrum function. Based on the statistical method and Mindlin theory, the stiffness model of the joint surface is established, and the normal and tangential stiffness models of the bolted joint are established. The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the modal test with the finite element method. By analyzing the relationship among surface roughness, normal load and joint stiffness, the results show that the size of normal load affects the micro-morphology of the bonding surface. The larger the load, the larger the real contact area and the smaller the surface roughness. Under the same normal load, the smaller the surface roughness, the greater the stiffness of the bolted joint, and the stiffness of the bolted joint increases with the increase of the normal load, and the speed of the joint increases first and then slowly, and there is an obvious nonlinear relationship between them. However, when the load is small, the normal stiffness of the bolted joint is linearly related to the normal load, and the dynamic characteristics of the bolted joint can be obtained by the linearization method.
