熱處理工藝對(duì)鑄造汽車覆蓋件模具鋼的耐磨性研究

【摘要】:對(duì)不同淬火、回火溫度與不同磨損條件下的鑄造汽車覆蓋件模具鋼進(jìn)行了磨損試驗(yàn),研究磨損率與回火溫度、摩擦參數(shù)等因素的關(guān)系,觀察摩擦表面的顯微組織和摩擦學(xué)性能.結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)用模具鋼材料的耐磨性能與材料的硬度有一定關(guān)系,與淬火、回火溫度有很大關(guān)系,更與磨損過程中加載載荷、滑動(dòng)速率和摩擦距離等因素有關(guān).回火溫度對(duì)模具鋼材料的硬度和耐磨性起到了一定的作用,500℃左右時(shí)硬度最大.600℃回火后,組織中主要成分變?yōu)轳R氏體與托氏體.在滑動(dòng)速率較高、回火溫度較低時(shí),隨著回火溫度升高,磨損率降低速度明顯;在加載載荷較大、回火溫度較低時(shí),隨著回火溫度的升高,磨損率降低速度明顯.不同的滑動(dòng)速率以及加載載荷情況下的磨損機(jī)理主要為黏著磨損和磨粒磨損等兩種.
[Abstract]:The wear tests of cast automobile panel die steel with different quenching, tempering temperature and different wear conditions were carried out. The relationship between wear rate and tempering temperature and friction parameters was studied, and the microstructure and tribological properties of friction surface were observed. The results show that the wear resistance of die steel is related to hardness, quenching and tempering temperature, as well as loading load, sliding rate and friction distance during wear.
