【摘要】：詳細分析薄壁箱形構(gòu)件焊接的特點和難點,并結(jié)合工廠實際制作能力制訂有針對性的工藝技術(shù)措施。這些措施包括從焊接工藝原理的角度,合理、科學地設(shè)計出各主要焊縫的形式、主結(jié)構(gòu)裝配順序、焊縫焊接順序和工藝要求,保證結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能和結(jié)構(gòu)的尺寸穩(wěn)定,構(gòu)件制作質(zhì)量達到優(yōu)良標準。通過該類型構(gòu)件的制作,也給建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工廠制作工藝賦予了新的涵義——以工廠實際制作能力為本,打破常規(guī),推陳出新,觸類旁通。
[Abstract]:The characteristics and difficulties of the welding of thin-walled box members are analyzed in detail. Combined with the actual production capacity of the factory, the corresponding technical measures are worked out.These measures include reasonable and scientific design of each main weld form, main structure assembly sequence, weld welding sequence and process requirements from the point of view of welding technology principle, so as to ensure structural mechanical properties and structural dimension stability.The quality of the component is up to the excellent standard.Through the production of this type of component, it also gives a new meaning to the manufacturing process of the building steel structure factory-taking the actual production capacity of the factory as the basis, breaking the routine, bringing forth the old and bringing forth the new by analogy.
