金屬針布表面CrN涂層和滲Cr層的制備及其摩擦磨損性能研究

【摘要】:紡織業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)重要地位,梳理是紡織生產(chǎn)的重要工序,梳棉機(jī)是實(shí)現(xiàn)梳理作業(yè)的主要設(shè)備,針布是梳棉機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)梳理功能的主要器材,但是國(guó)產(chǎn)金屬針布耐磨度和鋒利度持久性不夠,導(dǎo)致金屬針布使用壽命普遍偏短。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,本文提出在紡織用金屬針布表面制備具有良好的耐磨性能的表面改性層。本課題分別采用多弧離子鍍技術(shù)在金屬針布表面制備CrN涂層和雙層輝光等離子表面冶金技術(shù)在金屬針布表面制備滲Cr層,并研究?jī)煞N合金層各自的力學(xué)性能和耐磨性能。通過(guò)研究各工藝參數(shù)的影響確定了金屬針布表面弧等離子鍍CrN試驗(yàn)的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:極間距250mm,偏壓200v,弧電流65A,鍍膜溫度220℃,鍍膜時(shí)間90min,氮?dú)鈮?.5Pa。制得的CrN涂層厚5.0μm;雙輝等離子合金化技術(shù)制備金屬針布滲Cr合金層,工藝參數(shù)為:源極電壓900~960V,源極電流1.7A,陰極電壓450~480V,陰極電流1.1A,極間距20mm,氣壓為35Pa,保溫時(shí)間3小時(shí),制得滲Cr層厚度約7μm。鍍CrN層試樣表面顯微維氏硬度平均值約為基體試樣顯微維氏硬度的3.2倍,納米硬度值約為3.3倍,滲Cr試樣表面顯微維氏硬度平均值約為基體試樣顯微維氏硬度的1.55倍,納米硬度值約為1.85倍;w的彈性模量約為161GPa,鍍CrN涂層試樣的彈性模量高達(dá)582GPa,而滲Cr試樣的彈性模量約為118GPa,比基體的彈性模量略小。劃痕實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示,金屬針布表面CrN涂層的結(jié)合力約為64N,滲Cr層的結(jié)合力約為61N。不同載荷、不同滑動(dòng)速度,金屬針布基體試樣的平均摩擦系數(shù)最高,金屬針布鍍CrN試樣的平均摩擦系數(shù)最低,金屬針布滲Cr試樣的平均摩擦系數(shù)相比基體有所降低,但幅度不高。金屬針布基體試樣的磨損體積最高,滲Cr試樣的磨損體積小于基體,鍍CrN試樣的磨損體積最小,僅為基體磨損體積的0.1%左右。金屬針布基體試樣的磨損機(jī)理以磨粒磨損和粘著磨損為主,金屬針布滲Cr試樣的磨損機(jī)理以磨粒磨損和氧化磨損共同作用為主,金屬鍍CrN試樣的磨損機(jī)理以輕微的磨粒磨損和剝層磨損為主。
[Abstract]:Textile industry occupies an important position in the national economy, carding is an important process in textile production, carding machine is the main equipment for carding operation, and needle-cloth is the main equipment for carding machine to realize carding function.However, the wear resistance and sharpness of domestic metal clothing are not durable enough, which leads to the short service life of metal clothing.In order to solve the above problems, a surface modified layer with good wear resistance is proposed on the surface of metal needlework for textile.In this paper, CrN coating and double glow plasma surface metallurgy were prepared on the surface of metal needlecloth by multi-arc ion plating, respectively. The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the two kinds of alloy layers were studied.By studying the influence of various process parameters, the optimum parameters for CrN test of metal needlecloth surface arc plasma plating are determined as follows: electrode spacing 250mm, bias voltage 200v, arc current 65A, coating temperature 220 鈩,
