    前言：利用基于MAGMAsoft的鑄造CAE技術(shù),對閥蓋鑄件的熱節(jié)部位,冒口的補(bǔ)縮能力等進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果,找出原工藝熱節(jié)和鑄造缺陷產(chǎn)生的原因,并通反復(fù)修改工藝參數(shù)對原工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改進(jìn),得到較為理想的工藝方案.結(jié)果表明,基于MAGMAsoft的CAE技術(shù)大大縮短了試驗(yàn)周期,提高了鑄造質(zhì)量,節(jié)省了原材料.
    Based on MAGMAsoft,the CAE technique was used to simulate numerically the hotspot position on valve-cover and feeding ability of the feeder.According to the simulation results,the origin of casting defects and hot spots was found,and the process could be optimized and improved by modifying the processing parameters.Finally,a comparatively ideal processing scheme was embodied.It was shown by the result that the CAE technique based on MAGMAsoft could cut down the testing period greatly,improve the quality of ...
