冷軋無取向硅鋼縱向厚度精度優(yōu)化控制方法

【摘要】:針對某冷軋廠無取向硅鋼生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的縱向厚度不符、帶鋼全長縱向厚度高精度命中率偏低的問題,對該廠帶鋼縱向厚度控制的主要環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析。通過工業(yè)過程數(shù)據(jù)分析和理論計(jì)算,研究了測厚儀設(shè)定參數(shù)和冷軋工藝參數(shù)對無取向硅鋼縱向厚度精度的影響,并優(yōu)化相關(guān)參數(shù),最終提出提升冷軋無取向硅鋼縱向厚度精度的技術(shù)方案。該技術(shù)方案應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)后,消除了生產(chǎn)初期批量出現(xiàn)的硅鋼厚度不符的現(xiàn)象,無取向硅鋼全長縱向厚度偏差5μm以內(nèi)的比例由方案應(yīng)用前的85%上升到98%,3μm以內(nèi)的比例達(dá)到90%。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the longitudinal thickness is not consistent in the production of non-oriented silicon steel and the high precision hit ratio of full-length longitudinal thickness of strip steel is low in a cold rolling plant, The main links of longitudinal thickness control of strip steel in this factory are analyzed. Through the analysis of industrial process data and theoretical calculation, the effects of thickness gauge setting parameters and cold rolling process parameters on the longitudinal thickness accuracy of non-oriented silicon steel are studied. Finally, the technical scheme of improving the longitudinal thickness accuracy of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel is put forward, which is applied to the field production and eliminates the phenomenon that the thickness of silicon steel does not match in the initial batch production. The ratio of longitudinal thickness deviation of non-oriented silicon steel within 5 渭 m increased from 85% before application to within 98 渭 m.
