形變時(shí)效對(duì)不同Cu含量的稀土鋁電工圓桿的影響

【摘要】:鋁電工圓桿是電纜、電線(xiàn)的坯料,其質(zhì)量好壞直接影響鋁導(dǎo)線(xiàn)的優(yōu)劣。通過(guò)掃描電鏡、X射線(xiàn)物相分析等方法,對(duì)比鑄態(tài)、軋制態(tài)和形變時(shí)效態(tài)下不同Cu含量的稀土鋁電工圓桿的抗拉強(qiáng)度和導(dǎo)電率,研究形變熱處理對(duì)鋁電工圓桿的影響。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過(guò)形變熱處理后,試樣的晶界得到薄化,組織更加均勻;當(dāng)Cu含量為0.2%時(shí),通過(guò)(500℃,3 h固溶處理)+85%軋制+(150℃,12 h時(shí)效)的形變熱處理,試樣抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到179 MPa,導(dǎo)電率為60.78%IACS,綜合性能較佳。
[Abstract]:The aluminum electrician round rod is the billet of cable and wire, and its quality directly affects the quality of aluminum wire. By means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray phase analysis, the as-cast state is compared. The tensile strength and conductivity of rare earth aluminum electrotechnical circular bar with different Cu content in rolling and deformed aging state are studied. The effect of thermomechanical treatment on aluminum electrical circular rod is studied. The results show that the grain boundary of the sample is thinned after the deformation heat treatment. The microstructure is more uniform, and when Cu content is 0.2, the tensile strength of the sample is 179MPa, the conductivity is 60.78IACSs, and the comprehensive properties are better when the Cu content is 0.2and treated by solution treatment at 500 鈩,
