【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)無(wú)機(jī)酸酸洗對(duì)鋼鐵基體的腐蝕性強(qiáng),并且會(huì)產(chǎn)生酸霧。制備出一種環(huán)保型除銹劑。確定了除銹劑的成分,并分析了各成分的作用。研究了有機(jī)酸、緩蝕劑、表面活性劑、滲透劑對(duì)除銹時(shí)間和除銹效果的影響。
[Abstract]:Traditional inorganic acid pickling is corrosive to iron and steel matrix and will produce acid mist. A kind of environmental protection derusting agent has been prepared. The composition of rust removing agent has been determined, and the function of each component has been analyzed. The organic acid, corrosion inhibitor and surfactant have been studied. The effect of osmotic agent on rust removal time and rust removal effect.
