生物乙醇吸附增強(qiáng)式化學(xué)鏈重整制氫:反應(yīng)器建模與過程模擬

本文開展了吸附增強(qiáng)式化學(xué)鏈重整(SECLR)乙醇制氫工藝方面的研究,采用熱力學(xué)分析方法,研究了穩(wěn)態(tài)條件下SECLR的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)對工藝過程的影響,分析了氧化鎳與蒸汽的摩爾比(NiO/S)、氧化鈣與乙醇的摩爾比(CaO/C2)、溫度、壓力等參數(shù)對SECLR過程重整反應(yīng)器性能的影響規(guī)律。重整反應(yīng)器的性能表明,在NiO/S摩爾比為0.1875、溫度為500°C下、CaO/C2的比為2、蒸氣與乙醇摩爾比(S/C2)為4時(shí),每mol乙醇能夠產(chǎn)出4.992 mol純度為98.68%的H2。然后,對SECLR的過程模擬進(jìn)行了研究,為了滿足過程自熱運(yùn)行要求,碳收率的影響設(shè)為0、1%和5%,考察了各種氧化鎳與乙醇摩爾比(NiO/C2)對工藝過程的影響。過程模擬表明,在NiO/C2為0.645、CaO/C2為2、S/C2為4及每摩爾乙醇產(chǎn)碳量為0.005mol的條件下,每摩爾乙醇所產(chǎn)的H2為5.051 mol、純度...
