Preparation and Characteristic of Self-floating Silica

本文通過一種簡便且經(jīng)濟的溶膠-凝膠法研究自漂浮疏水性二氧化硅顆粒。該方法是通過發(fā)生水解和縮合反應(yīng)建立的,其中原硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和合成產(chǎn)物(十八烷基2-((3-(三乙氧基硅烷基)丙基)氨基)乙酸酯)用作引發(fā)劑,用不同比例的TEOS:SP合成二氧化硅顆粒。在玻璃基板上以羥基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173))為光引發(fā)劑,液體中的二氧化硅顆粒和粉末二氧化硅顆粒以不同重量百分比在聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯中進(jìn)行光聚合(UV-365,光強為22 mW/cm 2下反應(yīng)60s),在這個過程中,大部分二氧化硅經(jīng)歷了自浮,但有一點殘留在下面。已證實TEOS與SP的比例對該聚合物膜的疏水性,粗糙度和光澤性質(zhì)具有高度影響。已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),無論使用液體二氧化硅顆;蛘叨趸璺勰╊w粒,1:5比例時聚合物薄膜的疏水性和粗糙度最大,光澤性最小。因此所有的測試結(jié)果都是使用液體中的二氧化硅。0.5-3 wt%的離心二氧化硅薄膜的光澤性比液體二氧化硅顆粒的光澤性高,超過該范圍直至5 wt%時,光澤度下降甚至比液體二氧化硅顆粒的光澤度更小。進(jìn)行FTIR研究以鑒定所制備材料中的各種官能團,然后分別進(jìn)行TEM和SEM以研究粒度...
