復(fù)合反滲透膜的制備研究

【摘要】:復(fù)合反滲透膜因其分離層和基膜為兩種不同材料,可以針對不同要求分別進行優(yōu)化使膜整體性能達(dá)到最優(yōu),因此得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。本文從基膜和分離層的制備工藝出發(fā),分別探討各主要制備工藝參數(shù)對基膜和分離層性能的影響,為進一步的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。首先是聚砜基膜的制備。以N-甲基吡絡(luò)烷酮為溶劑,聚砜為溶質(zhì)配制鑄膜液,采用浸沒相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備基膜,分別探討聚砜濃度、添加劑PEG分子量和含量、凝固浴組成、凝固浴溫度等工藝參數(shù)對基膜純水通量、BSA截留率、孔隙率、平均孔徑等膜特征的影響,最終選擇PSF21%,PEG-2000濃度8%,凝固浴組成W水:Wnmp=10:3,凝固浴溫度為35℃為聚砜基膜的制備工藝參數(shù)。其次在自制的基膜上界面聚合脫鹽功能層。探討間苯二胺濃度、均苯三甲酰氯濃度、水相溶液pH值、反應(yīng)時間、熱處理溫度和時間對分離層的形成及對復(fù)合反滲透膜整體性能的影響,初步確定最佳界面聚合反應(yīng)工藝:間苯二胺濃度2%,均苯三甲酰氯濃度0.08%,水相溶液pH=9,反應(yīng)時間20s,熱處理溫度60℃,熱處理時間10 min。在此制備工藝參數(shù)下制備的反滲透膜脫鹽率為97.13%,通量為 45.23 L/m2·h。最后探討了極性非質(zhì)子添加劑二甲基亞砜(DMSO)對反滲透膜通量和脫鹽率的影響,并對外部運行條件對反滲透系統(tǒng)的影響因素做了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The composite reverse osmosis membrane has been widely used because its separation layer and base membrane are two kinds of different materials which can be optimized according to different requirements to achieve the optimal overall performance of the membrane. Based on the preparation technology of base membrane and separation layer, the influence of main preparation parameters on the performance of base membrane and separation layer is discussed in this paper, which lays a foundation for further research. The first is the preparation of polysulfone based membrane. The casting solution was prepared with N-methylpyrrolidone as solvent and polysulfone as solute. The substrate membrane was prepared by immersion phase inversion method. The concentration of polysulfone, molecular weight and content of additive PEG, composition of coagulation bath were discussed respectively. The effects of coagulation bath temperature on membrane characteristics such as pure water flux, BSA retention, porosity, average pore diameter and so on were studied. Finally, the concentration of PSF21%,PEG-2000 was 8% and the composition of W water: Wnmp=10:3, in solidification bath was composed of W water: Wnmp=10:3,. The coagulation bath temperature is 35 鈩,
