由氫氧化鉻渣制取工業(yè)氧化鉻產(chǎn)品的工藝

【摘要】:針對氫氧化鉻渣進行了無害化處理研究,考察了Na OH質(zhì)量濃度、液固質(zhì)量比、浸出溫度、攪拌速率、浸出時間等條件對鉻渣中Al的脫除率的影響.實驗結(jié)果顯示,在溫度為100℃、Na OH質(zhì)量濃度為150 g/L、液固質(zhì)量比為7∶1、攪拌速率為400 r/min、浸出時間為3.5 h的條件下,鉻渣中Al的浸出率可以達到92.69%.堿浸渣水洗脫堿后,在950℃條件下煅燒90 min,最終得到的產(chǎn)品中氧化鉻的含量可達到97.23%,經(jīng)過CIE L*a*b*表色體系測定,由鉻渣制取的氧化鉻產(chǎn)品偏綠,適用于工業(yè)用途.
