【摘要】：正0前言銅及銅基合金具有優(yōu)良的導(dǎo)熱性、導(dǎo)電性、可塑性及一定的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,在航空、航天等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的用途。鍍鉻能提高銅合金零件的硬度、耐磨性及裝飾性,大大擴(kuò)寬了其應(yīng)用范圍。但銅及銅基合金長(zhǎng)期裸露,其表面會(huì)生成一層薄而致密的鈍化膜。如果鈍化膜去除不徹底,則會(huì)影響鍍層的結(jié)合力。
[Abstract]:Copper and copper-based alloys have excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, plasticity and certain mechanical strength, so they are widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields. Chromium plating can improve the hardness, wear resistance and decoration of copper alloy parts. However, copper and copper-based alloys are exposed for a long time, and a thin and dense passivation film is formed on the surface. If the passivation film is not completely removed, the adhesion of the coating will be affected.
