【摘要】:正0前言銅及銅基合金具有優(yōu)良的導(dǎo)熱性、導(dǎo)電性、可塑性及一定的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度,在航空、航天等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的用途。鍍鉻能提高銅合金零件的硬度、耐磨性及裝飾性,大大擴(kuò)寬了其應(yīng)用范圍。但銅及銅基合金長(zhǎng)期裸露,其表面會(huì)生成一層薄而致密的鈍化膜。如果鈍化膜去除不徹底,則會(huì)影響鍍層的結(jié)合力。

Chromium plating can improve the hardness, wear resistance and decoration of copper alloy parts. If the passivation film is not completely removed, the adhesion of the coating will be affected.
