【摘要】：為了提高熱風(fēng)爐蓄熱室的換熱效率,以硅質(zhì)格子磚為研究對象,在不改變格子磚設(shè)計面積和材質(zhì)的情況下,研究了材料本身的熱導(dǎo)率對熱風(fēng)爐換熱效率的影響。結(jié)果表明,提高格子磚的熱導(dǎo)率可顯著提高熱風(fēng)爐的換熱效率:當(dāng)硅磚的熱導(dǎo)率由1.8 W·(m·K)~(-1)增加到2.3 W·(m·K)~(-1)時,可使熱風(fēng)爐燃燒期時間縮短8.2%�？梢�,高導(dǎo)熱硅質(zhì)格子磚的使用,可顯著提高熱風(fēng)爐的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the heat storage chamber of hot blast furnace, the effect of the thermal conductivity of the material on the heat transfer efficiency of the hot blast furnace was studied without changing the design area and material quality of the lattice brick. The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of hot blast furnace can be significantly improved by increasing the thermal conductivity of lattice brick. When the thermal conductivity of silicon brick is increased from 1.8 W (m K) ~ (-1) to 2.3 W (m K) ~ (-1), It can shorten the burning time of hot blast stove by 8.2. It can be seen that the use of high thermal conductivity siliceous lattice brick can significantly improve the energy-saving effect of hot-blast furnace.
