低品位非金屬礦制備多孔陶瓷及其吸音性能研究

【摘要】:以巖漿土、凝灰?guī)r和玻璃粉為主要原料,以碳化硅和稻草粉分別為發(fā)泡劑和造孔劑制備多孔吸音陶瓷。結(jié)合原料熱分析結(jié)果,運(yùn)用單因素研究法考查了燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間、造孔劑用量、發(fā)泡劑用量、樣品厚度及顯氣孔率和孔徑對多孔陶瓷材料吸音性能的影響。采用XRD和超景深顯微技術(shù)對材料的晶相結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,在燒結(jié)溫度1150℃、保溫時(shí)間50 min、發(fā)泡劑和造孔劑用量分別為原料質(zhì)量的1.4%和6%、樣品厚度30 mm時(shí)制備的材料性能最優(yōu),即在200~4000 Hz下材料平均吸音系數(shù)為0.34;此外,隨著樣品厚度的增加,第一吸收峰頻率由高頻向低頻方向移動。
[Abstract]:Porous acoustical ceramics were prepared from magmatic soil tuff and glass powder with silicon carbide and straw powder as foaming agent and pore-making agent respectively. Combined with the results of thermal analysis of raw materials, the effects of sintering temperature, holding time, amount of pore-making agent, amount of foaming agent, thickness of sample, apparent porosity and pore size on the sound absorption properties of porous ceramic materials were investigated by single factor method.
