【摘要】：以回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體的紅外熱圖為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)分析回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體輻射與對(duì)流機(jī)理,給出了實(shí)際回轉(zhuǎn)筒體熱損失的計(jì)算模型,并采用Lab VIEW編程語(yǔ)言,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一套回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體熱損失測(cè)量軟件。最后,以某水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯為例,對(duì)所提出的方法進(jìn)行了測(cè)試與分析。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能獲取筒體感興趣區(qū)域的軸向溫度并正確計(jì)算出對(duì)應(yīng)的筒體熱損失功率;筒體的輻射熱耗與對(duì)流熱耗大小相當(dāng),且煅燒區(qū)筒體的熱損失約占輸入熱功率的4%。研究成果為回轉(zhuǎn)窯的節(jié)能生產(chǎn)、過(guò)程參數(shù)優(yōu)化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the infrared thermal diagram of rotary kiln cylinder, the calculation model of heat loss of rotary kiln cylinder is given by analyzing the radiation and convection mechanism of rotary kiln barrel, and the Lab VIEW programming language is adopted. A software for measuring the heat loss of rotary kiln barrel is designed and developed. Finally, taking a cement rotary kiln as an example, the proposed method is tested and analyzed. The results show that the system can obtain the axial temperature of the region of interest of the cylinder and correctly calculate the corresponding heat loss power of the cylinder, and the radiation heat consumption of the cylinder is equal to the heat consumption of convection, and the heat loss of the cylinder in the calcination area is about 4% of the input heat power. The research results lay a foundation for energy-saving production and optimization of process parameters of rotary kiln.
