【摘要】：本文選取我國(guó)日用陶瓷領(lǐng)域具有代表性的企業(yè)作為分析樣本,通過(guò)對(duì)其專利保護(hù)策略的分析,全面了解了我國(guó)日用陶瓷企業(yè)在專利申請(qǐng)及運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的狀況。分析表明,1995年至2014年間我國(guó)日用陶瓷企業(yè)專利申請(qǐng)量穩(wěn)步上升,專利申請(qǐng)類型以外觀設(shè)計(jì)為主,專利運(yùn)營(yíng)方式以內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)讓為主。本文著重分析出現(xiàn)這種情況的原因,并為今后日用陶瓷領(lǐng)域企業(yè)制定專利保護(hù)策略提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the representative enterprises in the field of domestic ceramics are selected as the analysis samples, and through the analysis of the patent protection strategy, the status of patent application and operation of domestic ceramic enterprises is fully understood. The analysis shows that from 1995 to 2014, the number of patent applications for domestic ceramic enterprises is increasing steadily. The main types of patent applications are design and the internal transfer is the main mode of patent operation. This paper analyzes the reasons for this situation and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of patent protection strategy for domestic ceramic enterprises.
