【摘要】：本文選取我國日用陶瓷領域具有代表性的企業(yè)作為分析樣本,通過對其專利保護策略的分析,全面了解了我國日用陶瓷企業(yè)在專利申請及運營方面的狀況。分析表明,1995年至2014年間我國日用陶瓷企業(yè)專利申請量穩(wěn)步上升,專利申請類型以外觀設計為主,專利運營方式以內部轉讓為主。本文著重分析出現(xiàn)這種情況的原因,并為今后日用陶瓷領域企業(yè)制定專利保護策略提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the representative enterprises in the field of domestic ceramics are selected as the analysis samples, and through the analysis of the patent protection strategy, the status of patent application and operation of domestic ceramic enterprises is fully understood. The analysis shows that from 1995 to 2014, the number of patent applications for domestic ceramic enterprises is increasing steadily. The main types of patent applications are design and the internal transfer is the main mode of patent operation. This paper analyzes the reasons for this situation and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of patent protection strategy for domestic ceramic enterprises.
