微硅粉固相合成ZSM-5分子篩

【摘要】:以不經(jīng)任何處理的微硅粉作為硅鋁源,固相合成ZSM-5分子篩,考察晶化溫度、晶化時間、微硅粉用量、模板劑用量、氯化銨用量等因素對合成分子篩的影響。采用XRD、XRF、IR、SEM、等手段進(jìn)行分析表征。結(jié)果表明最適宜的合成條件:晶化溫度為160℃,晶化時間為24 h,按n(TPABr)∶n(NH_4~+)∶n(SiO_2)∶n(H_2O)=0.10∶0.90∶1.00∶4.60,稱取適量模板劑、氯化銨、微硅粉和微硅粉。該法合成的ZSM-5分子篩結(jié)晶度高、晶形完備、具有豐富的孔結(jié)構(gòu)、較大的比表面積和優(yōu)良的熱穩(wěn)定性,可以作為工業(yè)催化劑和吸附劑使用。
[Abstract]:ZSM-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by solid phase synthesis using microsilica powder without any treatment. The effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization time, the amount of microsilica powder, the amount of template and ammonium chloride on the synthesis of molecular sieve were investigated.
