鋼制搪玻璃設(shè)備高性能瓷釉及燒成工藝的研究

【摘要】:本文為了解決我國(guó)大型搪玻璃設(shè)備在制造過程和使用過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的爆瓷現(xiàn)象,主要從改進(jìn)我國(guó)搪玻璃行業(yè)通用瓷釉入手,通過改變瓷釉配方和增加金屬氧化物來改善瓷釉性能、增加了瓷釉的抗腐蝕性能并提高了瓷釉的膨脹系數(shù),使得瓷層應(yīng)力狀態(tài)處于更穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。并且通過了解瓷釉在燒成過程中的物理化學(xué)變化,改進(jìn)搪玻璃設(shè)備的燒成工藝,使得設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性和局部爆瓷現(xiàn)象大幅降低來提高搪玻璃設(shè)備的整體穩(wěn)定性和耐腐蝕性能。在耐酸瓷釉的基礎(chǔ)上,通過添加中等量的氧化鋯(含量在6%-7%之間)來使得耐堿性能達(dá)到小于等于2g/(m2.d)達(dá)到國(guó)外的先進(jìn)水平,并且通過調(diào)整鋯、硅、鈦和助熔劑的比例,使得瓷釉的膨脹系數(shù)達(dá)到11×10-6/℃,更加接近鋼材的膨脹系數(shù),這樣就會(huì)減少兩種材質(zhì)之間的應(yīng)力差,使得瓷層穩(wěn)定性提高。通過高溫物像顯微鏡,測(cè)定該種瓷釉在燒成過程中的特定溫度點(diǎn),確定燒成工藝需要控制的溫度點(diǎn)。通過差熱分析來確定瓷釉的吸放熱的溫度段,來確定控溫溫度。最后,確定了在升溫段進(jìn)行兩段控溫,降溫段進(jìn)行一處控溫的燒成工藝。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,通過該可控?zé)晒に?明顯改善了瓷釉的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能,從而提高搪玻璃設(shè)備的整體性能。
