用軟模板法制備有序介孔炭材料過程的研究

【摘要】:采用軟模板法合成有序介孔炭材料,并通過熱重分析、低溫氮吸附-脫附測量、小角XRD、透射電鏡和傅里葉變換紅外光譜等分析表征手段,分別考察了有機模板劑脫除和炭化過程對生成有序介孔炭結(jié)構和性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在N2氣氛下350℃焙燒5h可有效脫除有機模板劑,獲得具有有序介孔結(jié)構的炭材料前驅(qū)體;該材料在500~800℃炭化后可生成有序介孔炭材料,其孔徑分布變化不大,但比表面積和孔容有較大程度提高,提高部分主要集中分布在微孔區(qū),最佳炭化溫度為600℃。
[Abstract]:The ordered mesoporous carbon materials were synthesized by soft template method and characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement, small angle XRD, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The effects of organic template removal and carbonization on the structure and properties of ordered mesoporous carbon were investigated. The results show that the organic template can be removed effectively in N2 atmosphere at 350 鈩,
