熱失重實(shí)驗(yàn)法研究脫硫石膏的脫水特性

【摘要】:利用熱失重分析儀(TGA),在不同升溫速率、不同終態(tài)溫度下恒溫一段時(shí)間等實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,分別考察了脫硫石膏的熱脫水特性。結(jié)果表明:升溫速率越大,脫硫石膏結(jié)晶水開始失重和結(jié)束失重的溫度越高,脫硫石膏結(jié)晶水失重速度越快;終態(tài)溫度越高,脫硫石膏結(jié)晶水開始失重的時(shí)間越長,結(jié)束失重的時(shí)間越短,結(jié)晶水失重速率越大。終態(tài)溫度為1000℃時(shí),脫硫石膏出現(xiàn)3次失重,第1次失重是脫硫石膏失去自由水的緣故,第2次失重的原因是脫硫石膏失去結(jié)晶水,第3次失重是脫硫石膏中的雜質(zhì)碳酸鈣分解所致。
