用三維彩色掃描技術(shù)量化表征氯鹽致混凝土中鋼筋的不均勻銹蝕

【摘要】:采用三維彩色掃描技術(shù)和線性極化電阻測試方法研究了鹽水浸烘條件下表面涂覆遷移性阻銹劑(PCI-2015)對含氯鹽混凝土中鋼筋銹蝕狀況的影響,計算了浸烘前后鋼筋腐蝕電流密度(I_(corr)),運用逆向工程軟件獲得了剖開銹蝕鋼筋表面積、截面積等參數(shù),并對鋼筋沿縱向各截面積進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果表明:表面涂覆400 g/m~2的PCI-2015及防水劑的混凝土試件,浸烘循環(huán)后I_(corr)平均值為0.17μA/cm~2,平均銹蝕面積9.58%,未涂覆的空白組I_(corr)平均值為1.04μA/cm~2,平均銹蝕面積為71.75%;氯鹽致鋼筋不均勻銹蝕的橫截面積服從三參數(shù)Weibull分布,涂覆組與空白組橫截面積分布的閾值參數(shù)分別為27.67和27.49,形狀參數(shù)分別為1.15和2.24,涂覆組鋼筋截面均勻且腐蝕較少,鋼筋腐蝕累積損傷程度較低;用三維彩色掃描技術(shù)量化表征氯鹽致混凝土中鋼筋不均勻銹蝕是一種較為可行的方法。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional color scanning technique and linear polarization resistance measurement method were used to study the effect of surface coating on corrosion of steel bar in chloride containing concrete under saltwater immersion and drying conditions, and the effect of migration inhibitor (PCI-2015) on the corrosion of steel bar in concrete containing chloride was studied by means of three-dimensional color scanning technique and linear polarization resistance measurement method. The corrosion current density (I _ (corr),) of steel bar before and after immersion and drying was calculated. The surface area and section area of corroded steel bar were obtained by using reverse engineering software. The results show that the concrete specimens coated with 400 g/m~2 PCI-2015 and water-repellent, The average value of I _ (corr) was 0.17 渭 A / cm ~ (-2), the average corrosion area was 9.58%, the average value of I _ (corr) was 1.04 渭 A / cm ~ (-2) and the average corrosion area was 71.75% in uncoated blank group, and the cross-sectional area of non-uniform corrosion caused by chloride salt was distributed from three parameter Weibull. The threshold parameters of cross-sectional area distribution in coating group and blank group were 27.67 and 27.49, and the shape parameters were 1.15 and 2.24, respectively. It is a feasible method to quantitatively characterize the inhomogeneous corrosion of steel bars in chloride-induced concrete by three-dimensional color scanning technique.
