高強(qiáng)高性能混凝土高溫后超聲檢測(cè)及壓汞分析

【摘要】:為了研究高溫后高強(qiáng)高性能混凝土的抗爆裂性能,對(duì)摻加0、0.2%聚丙烯纖維的C60高強(qiáng)高性能混凝土進(jìn)行模擬高溫試驗(yàn),測(cè)試高溫后混凝土的超聲參數(shù)及軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度,建立混凝土超聲聲速與受火溫度及軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系;對(duì)常溫、300、500、700℃分別摻加0、0.2%纖維的高強(qiáng)高性能混凝土進(jìn)行壓汞實(shí)驗(yàn),分析纖維對(duì)混凝土內(nèi)部孔隙影響。結(jié)果表明:隨受火溫度的提高,混凝土高溫?fù)p傷趨于嚴(yán)重,總孔隙率、平均孔徑、宏觀孔所占比例均趨于增大。摻加纖維的有利方面主要體現(xiàn)在纖維受熱熔化,降低了混凝土內(nèi)部的蒸汽壓力,減輕了劣化程度,高溫后摻纖維混凝土比素混凝土超聲聲速、軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度有所提高,平均孔徑、宏觀孔比例較小,一定程度上改善了混凝土的高溫性能。
