燒成制度對電鍍渣泥防輻射功能集料性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了燒成制度對利用富含Cr,Zn等重金屬電鍍渣泥制備的防輻射功能集料礦物組成和性能的影響規(guī)律,探討了電鍍渣泥防輻射功能集料的燒成機理.采用預(yù)燒-焙燒的燒成方式成功制備出具有γ射線屏蔽性能的防輻射功能集料,其對0.662 MeV的γ射線線性衰弱系數(shù)≥0.220cm-1,單顆?箟簭姸取5.00 MPa,表觀密度為2.60g/cm3左右,重金屬浸出濃度符合環(huán)境安全要求.
[Abstract]:The effects of sintering system on the mineral composition and properties of anti-radiation functional aggregates prepared from heavy metal electroplating slag slime rich in Cr-Zn were studied, and the sintering mechanism of anti-radiation functional aggregates of electroplating slag was discussed.
