石粉粉磨時(shí)間與其顆粒分布特性的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:選取大理石和白云石粉為材料,測(cè)試其不同粉磨時(shí)間的粒徑分布,計(jì)算勃氏比表面積;粒徑分布模型采用RosinRammler-Bennet(RRB)方程進(jìn)行擬合,運(yùn)用粉磨動(dòng)力學(xué)和線性回歸方法分析粉磨過(guò)程石粉的特征粒徑、均勻性系數(shù)和比表面積。結(jié)果表明:隨粉磨時(shí)間增加,粒徑為0~10μm的顆粒逐漸增加,大于10μm的顆粒逐漸減少,兩者粉磨效率隨時(shí)間增加逐漸減小;相同時(shí)間時(shí),大理石粉的高于白云石粉的;隨時(shí)間增加,大理石粉均勻性系數(shù)增大,顆粒集中現(xiàn)象增多,白云石粉則相反;兩者的比表面積和特征粒徑與其粉磨時(shí)間呈對(duì)數(shù)和雙對(duì)數(shù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Marble and dolomite powder were selected as materials, the particle size distribution of different grinding time was measured, and the specific surface area was calculated, and the particle size distribution model was fitted by RosinRammler-Bennet (RRB) equation. The characteristic particle size, uniformity coefficient and specific surface area of stone powder were analyzed by means of grinding kinetics and linear regression method. The results show that with the increase of grinding time, the particle size of 0 ~ 10 渭 m increases gradually, the particle size larger than 10 渭 m gradually decreases, the grinding efficiency decreases with time, and the marble powder is higher than dolomite powder at the same time, and increases with time. When the uniformity coefficient of marble powder increases, the particle concentration increases, but the dolomite powder is opposite, the specific surface area and characteristic particle size are logarithmic and double logarithmic correlation with the grinding time.
