凍融環(huán)境下煤矸石混凝土損傷演化規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:為研究煤矸石混凝土的抗凍性能,試驗按照0%、20%、40%、60%的煤矸石取代率制備混凝土,探索研究不同取代率的煤矸石混凝土在凍融環(huán)境下的表觀形貌、質量、相對動彈性模量和抗壓強度的變化規(guī)律;并根據(jù)煤矸石混凝土在不同凍融循環(huán)作用下的動彈性模量的變化,建立煤矸石混凝土的損傷演化方程.研究結果表明:煤矸石取代率為0%、20%、40%和60%的混凝土,分別在凍融循環(huán)300次、65次、55次和25次破壞.隨著煤矸石取代率的增加,混凝土的抗凍性能明顯降低;煤矸石混凝土的損傷演化方程與試驗數(shù)據(jù)符合較好,可以為凍融環(huán)境下煤矸石混凝土的耐久性設計提供理論依據(jù).
[Abstract]:In order to study the frost resistance of coal gangue concrete, the concrete was prepared according to the 60% replacement rate of coal gangue, and the apparent morphology and quality of coal gangue concrete with different replacement rate were studied in freezing and thawing environment. According to the change of dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength of coal gangue concrete under different freeze-thaw cycles, the damage evolution equation of coal gangue concrete is established. The results show that the concrete of 40% and 60% of coal gangue is destroyed at 300 times, 65 times, and 25 times, respectively. With the increase of coal gangue replacement ratio, the frost resistance of concrete decreases obviously, and the damage evolution equation of coal gangue concrete agrees well with the experimental data, which can provide theoretical basis for durability design of coal gangue concrete in freeze-thaw environment.
