【摘要】：隨著粉煤灰混凝土技術(shù)的不斷推廣,對(duì)粉煤灰混凝土耐久性的研究也在不斷的深入。為了研究粉煤灰混凝土自然碳化與快速碳化之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,基于混凝土碳化試驗(yàn),對(duì)影響粉煤灰混凝土碳化的主要因素水灰比、混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度、粉煤灰摻量、CO2濃度、溫度、濕度和碳化時(shí)間進(jìn)行了多元非線性分析,分別建立了粉煤灰混凝土快速碳化條件下和自然碳化條件下的多元非線性模型,并對(duì)模型準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。根據(jù)所建碳化模型,建立了在粉煤灰摻量和水灰比相同的條件下,混凝土自然碳化與快速碳化之間關(guān)于碳化時(shí)間的數(shù)學(xué)模型。研究結(jié)果和方法可對(duì)混凝土碳化預(yù)測(cè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of fly ash concrete technology, the durability of fly ash concrete has been studied deeply. In order to study the mathematical relationship between natural carbonization and rapid carbonization of fly ash concrete, based on concrete carbonization test, the main factors affecting carbonation of fly ash concrete, such as water-cement ratio, compressive strength of concrete, CO _ 2 concentration of fly ash and temperature, were studied. The multivariate nonlinear analysis of humidity and carbonation time was carried out, and the multivariate nonlinear models of fly ash concrete under rapid carbonization and natural carbonization were established, and the veracity of the model was tested. According to the carbonation model, the mathematical model of carbonation time between natural carbonization and rapid carbonization of concrete is established under the same content of fly ash and water-cement ratio. The research results and methods can be used for reference in the prediction of concrete carbonation.
