離子交換法制備載銀型高強(qiáng)度抗菌玻璃及性能研究

【摘要】:有害細(xì)菌影響著人們的身體健康,威脅著人類(lèi)社會(huì)的正常運(yùn)作,因而對(duì)抗菌材料的研究得到了人們的高度重視。目前抗菌材料研究較為廣泛的是無(wú)機(jī)抗菌材料,其中銀系無(wú)機(jī)抗菌材料更是得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展?咕Aё鳛闊o(wú)機(jī)抗菌材料的一類(lèi),在日常生活中有著重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文采用銀系無(wú)機(jī)抗菌劑制備高強(qiáng)度抗菌玻璃。本文選用Na2O-Ca O-Si O2系玻璃基體,在不顯著影響玻璃原有性能的前提下,采用離子交換法對(duì)玻璃表面進(jìn)行改性,將抗菌劑Ag+植入玻璃表層,制備出對(duì)大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌等細(xì)菌具有優(yōu)異抗菌性能的載銀型高強(qiáng)度抗菌玻璃。通過(guò)分析抗菌玻璃的表面應(yīng)力值、銀含量、透過(guò)率、色譜關(guān)系和抗菌率的變化情況,研究了不同的原料配方、工藝參數(shù)對(duì)抗菌玻璃性能的影響。研究表明,采用兩步離子交換法制得的抗菌玻璃表面應(yīng)力值高于580MPa,達(dá)到了高強(qiáng)度要求。隨著銀離子交換時(shí)間從1min增加到10min和混合熔鹽Ag NO3含量從0.05wt%增大到0.25wt%,抗菌玻璃的載銀量從1.19wt%增加到7.53wt%,總透過(guò)率從89.60%降到80.22%,顏色從基本無(wú)色透明變化為淡黃色、棕黃色,抗菌率從95%左右上升到99.99%?咕AУ纳a(chǎn)、使用需滿足多種要求,本實(shí)驗(yàn)選取8-0.10-4、8-0.10-6、8-0.15-2、8-0.15-4等樣品的工藝參數(shù)作為最佳工藝參數(shù),即銀交換溫度420℃,混合熔鹽銀濃度為0.10wt%,銀交換時(shí)間為4min~6min,或者混合熔鹽銀濃度為0.15wt%,銀交換時(shí)間為2min~4min。采用最佳工藝參數(shù)所制備得到的抗菌玻璃成本較低,透過(guò)率高且著色淺,抗菌性能優(yōu)異。研究表明,銀離子交換溫度同樣會(huì)影響抗菌玻璃的性能。400℃的樣品和440℃的樣品的銀含量都比420℃樣品略低,因此總透過(guò)率增大,顏色變淺,抗菌率降低。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用一步離子交換法制備得到的抗菌玻璃不具有高強(qiáng)度特點(diǎn);為了獲得較為合適的載銀量,需要延長(zhǎng)銀交換時(shí)間。銀離子交換時(shí)間從10min增加到30min,抗菌玻璃載銀量從2.28wt%增大到5.02wt%,總透過(guò)率從87.67%下降為82.64%,顏色從淺黃變?yōu)樽攸S,抗菌率從96.04%提高到99.99%。
[Abstract]:Harmful bacteria affect people's health and threaten the normal operation of human society, so people attach great importance to the research of antimicrobial materials. At present, inorganic antimicrobial materials are widely studied, among which silver inorganic antibacterial materials have been greatly developed. Antibacterial glass, as a kind of inorganic antibacterial material, has important application value in daily life. In this paper, high strength antibacterial glass was prepared with silver-based inorganic antimicrobial agent. In this paper, the surface of Na2O-Ca O-Si O 2 glass was modified by ion exchange method, and the antibacterial agent Ag was implanted into the surface of glass to prepare Escherichia coli under the condition that the original properties of the glass were not significantly affected. Staphylococcus aureus and other bacteria with excellent antibacterial properties of silver-loaded high-strength antibacterial glass. By analyzing the changes of surface stress value, silver content, transmittance, chromatographic relationship and antibacterial rate of antibacterial glass, the effects of different raw materials and technological parameters on the properties of antibacterial glass were studied. The results show that the surface stress value of the antibacterial glass obtained by two-step ion exchange method is higher than 580MPa, which meets the requirement of high strength. With the increase of silver ion exchange time from 1min to 10min and mixed molten salt Ag NO3 from 0.05wt% to 0.25wt%, the silver content of antibacterial glass increased from 1.19wt% to 7.53wt.The total transmittance decreased from 89.60% to 80.22wt%, and the color changed from basic colorless and transparent to yellowish, brownish yellow. The antibacterial rate increased from 95% to 99.99%. The production of antimicrobial glass should meet many requirements.
