施工工藝對再生碎磚混凝土性能影響的研究

【摘要】:通過對3種不同施工工藝的再生碎磚混凝土進行力學(xué)以及和易性試驗研究,結(jié)果表明:采用附加水法配制的再生碎磚混凝土隨著附加水的減少,其抗壓強度提高,但降到粗骨料吸水70%時,其抗壓強度提高不明顯,而和易性則是按粗骨料的吸水率為80%~90%時表現(xiàn)較好;使用浸泡預(yù)濕法和灑水預(yù)濕法的再生碎磚混凝土均有較高的抗壓強度及較好的和易性。
[Abstract]:The mechanical and easyness tests of recycled broken brick concrete with three different construction techniques are carried out. The results show that the compressive strength of recycled broken brick concrete prepared by additional water method increases with the decrease of additional water. However, when the coarse aggregate absorbs water, the compressive strength of the coarse aggregate does not increase obviously, but the easiness is that when the water absorption rate of coarse aggregate is 80 ~ 90, the compressive strength of the coarse aggregate is better than that of the coarse aggregate. The recycled brick concrete with soaking prewet method and sprinkling prewetting method has higher compressive strength and better ease.
