日本科學家稱特定條件可使水冰似棉花糖一般蓬松

【摘要】:正日本科學家最近發(fā)表論文說,在負壓和超低溫條件下,水冰可能會像棉花糖一樣,以蓬松輕盈的形式穩(wěn)定存在,這類前所未知的"氣凝膠冰"是已知密度最低的冰。日本岡山理科大學對300多種可能的晶體結構進行分子動力學模擬,研究它們在負壓條件下的性質(zhì),提出了氣凝膠冰的設想。他們認為,在溫度接近絕對零度的負壓環(huán)境中,氣凝膠冰是固態(tài)水最穩(wěn)定的形式。相關論文發(fā)表在美國《化學物理雜志》上。
[Abstract]:In a recent paper by Japanese scientists, water ice, known as the "aerogel ice", is known to have the lowest density, like marshmallow, in the form of puffy and light, under negative pressure and ultra-low temperatures, according to a recent paper by Japanese scientists. More than 300 possible crystal structures were simulated by molecular dynamics at Okayama University of Science. Their properties under negative pressure were studied and the assumption of aerogel ice was put forward. They believe that aerogel ice is the most stable form of solid water in a negative pressure environment with temperatures near absolute zero. The paper was published in the American Journal of Chemical Physics.
