纖維對開裂后混凝土滲透性及裂縫恢復(fù)的影響

【摘要】:通過劈裂試驗和滲透試驗,研究了結(jié)構(gòu)型鋼纖維、聚丙烯粗纖維和聚丙烯細纖維對開裂后混凝土的裂縫恢復(fù)率、劈裂韌性和滲透系數(shù)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:鋼纖維和聚丙烯粗纖維的摻入可限制裂縫擴展,使混凝土由脆性破壞轉(zhuǎn)為韌性破壞,提高開裂混凝土在卸載后裂縫的恢復(fù)作用,顯著減小開裂后混凝土的滲透系數(shù)。鋼纖維摻量越高,裂縫恢復(fù)和滲透性降低越明顯,鋼纖維摻量由25kg/m~3增加至55kg/m3時,滲透系數(shù)減小了87%。鋼纖維和聚丙烯粗纖維的摻入具有較好的正混雜效應(yīng),當(dāng)裂縫寬度為150μm時卸載,單摻25kg/m~3鋼纖維和4kg/m~3聚丙烯粗纖維與單摻35kg/m~3鋼纖維相比,滲透系數(shù)減小了60%。而聚丙烯細纖維對開裂混凝土的裂縫恢復(fù)和滲透性影響較小。
[Abstract]:The effects of structural steel fiber , polypropylene coarse fiber and polypropylene fine fiber on crack recovery rate , fracture toughness and permeability coefficient of concrete after cracking have been studied by splitting test and penetration test . The results show that the penetration coefficient of steel fiber and polypropylene coarse fiber is reduced by 87 % when the crack width is 150 渭m .
