鋁合金熔煉爐用鋁硅質(zhì)澆注料的侵蝕行為研究

【摘要】:采用坩堝法研究了鋁合金液對4種鋁硅質(zhì)耐火澆注料的侵蝕行為,用XRD、SEM和能譜對侵蝕后的坩堝試樣進行了物相和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)分析。結(jié)果表明:在本實驗溫度范圍內(nèi),從氣孔率判斷,在1 200℃熱處理后試樣有一定程度的燒結(jié),常溫抗折和耐壓強度均隨處理溫度的上升而增大;澆注料的抗鋁液侵蝕性與其Al_2O_3含量和顯氣孔率密切相關(guān),Al_2O_3含量越高、氣孔率越低的試樣抗?jié)B透和抗侵蝕性能較好;鋁合金液在850℃時與耐火材料中的Si O_2反應(yīng)生成Al_2O_3和Si,伴隨體積收縮,導致耐火材料開裂損毀;耐火材料反應(yīng)層中顆粒和基質(zhì)均被侵蝕,侵蝕后氣孔被填充變得更加致密,在間歇式工況條件下容易產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)剝落。同時,侵蝕過程中,鋁合金液中的Zn蒸汽逸出,在過渡層富集。
