【摘要】:在國(guó)家要求依托煤炭清潔利用等重大示范性能源工程,提升能源裝備制造自主化水平的背景下,本論文通過(guò)對(duì)中電投霍城煤制天然氣項(xiàng)目空分裝置的設(shè)備配置與設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化的研究,在確保滿(mǎn)足國(guó)家相關(guān)政策、法律法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范為目標(biāo)的前提下,通過(guò)與空分有關(guān)的技術(shù)專(zhuān)利商、設(shè)備供應(yīng)商、工程公司及煤化工工廠的充分研討,對(duì)控制規(guī);(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、合理選擇國(guó)產(chǎn)化關(guān)鍵裝備、確定關(guān)鍵技術(shù)方案、優(yōu)化裝置內(nèi)各單元系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行了充分對(duì)比與研究,在裝置規(guī)模確定、設(shè)備國(guó)產(chǎn)化落實(shí)、透平表冷方式選擇、后備系統(tǒng)配置、增壓透平膨脹流程、分子篩純化系統(tǒng)等方面的配置及優(yōu)化過(guò)程中,以掌握核心技術(shù)、完成示范任務(wù)為總體目標(biāo),嚴(yán)格控制能耗、水耗和污染物排放,充分論證空分裝置擬選的各主要技術(shù)方案、技術(shù)路線(xiàn)、技術(shù)措施的安全可靠性與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性,最大程度降低設(shè)備、土建、土地等一次性投資成本及生產(chǎn)管理、運(yùn)行能耗等生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行時(shí)的長(zhǎng)期管理成本,最大限度地保證空分裝置投資費(fèi)用控制、運(yùn)行連續(xù)穩(wěn)定、安全環(huán)保達(dá)標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the state's requirement to improve the level of autonomy in energy equipment manufacturing by relying on major demonstration energy projects such as clean use of coal, In this paper, through the research on the equipment configuration and design optimization of the air separation unit in Huocheng coal production project of CLP, under the premise of ensuring that the relevant national policies, laws and regulations, standards and regulations are met, Through the full discussion of the technical patents, equipment suppliers, engineering companies and coal chemical plants related to air separation, to control the risk of large-scale upgrading, to reasonably select the domestically made key equipment, and to determine the key technical scheme, The optimization of the units and systems in the plant has been compared and studied, in the device size determination, equipment localization implementation, turbine table cooling mode selection, backup system configuration, turbocharged turbine expansion process, In the process of configuration and optimization of molecular sieve purification system, to master the core technology and complete the demonstration task as the overall goal, strictly control the energy consumption, water consumption and pollutant discharge, fully demonstrate the main technical schemes to be selected for the air separation unit. Technical route, technical measures safety, reliability and technical economy, to minimize equipment, civil construction, land and other one-time investment costs and production management, operating energy consumption and other long-term management costs of production and operation, Maximum guarantee air separation unit investment cost control, continuous and stable operation, safety and environmental protection standards.
