金剛石制品熱壓燒結機電極結構優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了解決金剛石制品熱壓燒結機能耗過大與銅電極燒損等問題,對某型熱壓燒結機進行了實際能耗測試測量實驗,確定了熱壓燒結機的能耗分布以及燒結體的溫度場分布。根據實驗結果,設計了一種新型薄層隔熱導電復合節(jié)能構件。利用ANSYS軟件分析了該構件對銅電極溫度場的影響,仿真結果表明:增加復合構件后,銅電極的平均溫度由66.04℃降低為59.79℃,降低了熱壓燒結機能耗;最高溫度從85.9℃降低為76.5℃,可以消除銅電極燒損發(fā)生,達到了節(jié)能優(yōu)化設計目標。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of excessive energy consumption of hot press sintering machine of diamond products and burning loss of copper electrode, the energy consumption distribution of hot press sintering machine and the temperature field distribution of sintering body were determined by measuring and measuring the actual energy consumption of a hot press sintering machine. Based on the experimental results, a new type of thin layer thermal insulation and conductive composite energy saving component is designed.
