【摘要】:以氫氧化鎂和二氧化硅為主要原料,采用固相反應(yīng)法合成了鎂橄欖石,借助XRD、SEM、EDS等分析手段研究了熱處理溫度、組成變化對(duì)樣品的物相組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、基本物理性能等性質(zhì)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:鎂橄欖石自1500℃開(kāi)始大量形成,熱處理溫度升高有利于鎂橄欖石的形成及長(zhǎng)大;組成中富鎂可以促進(jìn)鎂橄欖石、抑制頑火輝石生成,氧化鎂遷移擴(kuò)散在其顆粒表面析出鎂橄欖石,并在其周?chē)L(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)大,晶粒圓潤(rùn)緊密生長(zhǎng);富硅時(shí),先生成頑火輝石,然后在頑火輝石周?chē)饾u轉(zhuǎn)化為鎂橄欖石,形成的晶粒棱角分明,晶粒之間由富硅相組成。
