2D-90組合壓縮機管路振動分析研究

【摘要】:往復(fù)式壓縮機作為石油化工生產(chǎn)中提升氣體壓力和輸送的核心裝備,是在眾多工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中普遍使用的機械。而往復(fù)式壓縮機管路的振動量又是評定其安全的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一,所以對其管路振動問題的研究工作有重大工程價值和經(jīng)濟效益。本文圍繞2D-90組合壓縮機來研究管路系統(tǒng)振動理論及方法,具體內(nèi)容如下:1.分析了壓縮機管路振動的3個方面原因:(1)由氣流脈動引起的管路振動;(2)管路系統(tǒng)發(fā)生共振引起的管路振動;(3)機體振動帶動管路振動。應(yīng)用平面波動理論和轉(zhuǎn)移矩陣法對2D-90組合壓縮機管路的脈動值進行計算,得到壓縮機管線各節(jié)點的脈動情況。2.根據(jù)聲電模擬法,建立出2D-90組合壓縮機管路的等效電路。使用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真軟件對往復(fù)壓縮機管路氣柱固有頻率進行仿真計算。將計算所得的氣柱固有頻率值與壓縮機激發(fā)頻率對比,驗證了管道不發(fā)生氣柱共振。3.應(yīng)用CAESARⅡ在不同工況對壓縮機管道系統(tǒng)進行了靜態(tài)應(yīng)力的分析,提取出應(yīng)力幅值,管道支架應(yīng)力等結(jié)果,分析其穩(wěn)定性。再對管道進行動態(tài)響應(yīng)分析,得到管道系統(tǒng)的機械固有頻率。綜合分析結(jié)果,提出了管路修改的方案。最后將所得到的管道動應(yīng)力最大值和振動位移值與API-618標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行校核。4.進行了2D-90組合壓縮機管道振動實驗,得到壓縮機管線實際振動位移的最大值,并與管道仿真分析結(jié)果相對比。最后給出了管道系結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化方法和控制振動的措施。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating compressors are widely used in many industrial fields as the core equipment for raising gas pressure and conveying in petrochemical production. The vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline is one of the main criteria to evaluate its safety, so the research on the vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline has great engineering value and economic benefit. In this paper, the vibration theory and method of pipeline system are studied around 2D-90 combined compressor. The concrete contents are as follows: 1. This paper analyses three aspects of the compressor pipeline vibration: (1) the pipeline vibration caused by the air flow pulsation. (2) the pipeline vibration caused by the resonance of the pipeline system; (3) the airframe vibration drives the pipe line vibration. By using the theory of plane wave and the transfer matrix method, the pulsation value of the pipeline of 2D-90 combined compressor is calculated, and the pulsation of every node of the compressor pipeline is obtained. The equivalent circuit of 2 D-90 combined compressor is established according to the method of acoustic-electric simulation. Using MATLAB / Simulink simulation software, the natural frequency of reciprocating compressor pipeline is simulated and calculated. Comparing the calculated natural frequency of the gas column with the excitation frequency of the compressor, it is verified that there is no gas column resonance. 3.
