分相乳濁釉的研究

【摘要】:乳濁釉因其有較高的遮蓋能力,從而可以使大量劣質(zhì)礦物原料及工業(yè)廢料在坯料中得以廣泛使用,有利于改善生態(tài)環(huán)境、降低生產(chǎn)成本。乳濁釉不僅在建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷行業(yè)、而且在日用陶瓷中都有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。乳濁釉按其形成機理可分為三大類:氣相乳濁釉,晶相乳濁釉及分相乳濁釉。本文研究一種分相乳濁釉。以長石、石英、粘土、燒滑石、輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣、燒氧化鋅、合成磷酸鈣、螢石、硅酸鋯等為原料,采用正交試驗法制備一種在1250~1270℃的溫度下燒成的分相乳濁釉。探討了組成、制備工藝對乳濁釉釉面質(zhì)量的影響;探討了乳濁釉的乳濁機理。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、TG-DTA、 XRF、熱膨脹儀、顯微硬度計以及色度計等測試手段對試樣進行測試表征。研究結(jié)果表明,本系統(tǒng)制備的分相乳濁釉其最佳組成為:長石39%、石英25%、粘土4%、燒滑石6%、輕質(zhì)碳酸鈣4%、燒氧化鋅5%、合成磷酸鈣4%、螢石3%、硅酸鋯10%。適當提高燒成溫度,其釉面白度會提高;當燒成為1270℃時,其釉面白度、光澤度分別為83.6、103。適當控制氧化階段的保溫時間、高火保溫時間,釉面質(zhì)量會得到提高。通過對釉層的物相及其結(jié)構(gòu)分析可知,乳濁釉的形成機理是因為釉層中形成了大量的、液滴大小在0.1~0.2 μ m、而且分布均勻的分相結(jié)構(gòu);同時釉層中大量存在的、晶粒大小在1μm的硅酸鋯晶體是乳濁釉形成的重要原因。釉層厚度約為0.5mm,坯釉中間層不明顯,1270℃溫度下燒成的坯釉熱膨脹系數(shù)分別為7.5 × 10-6/℃,6.3×10-6/℃,坯釉結(jié)合良好,釉面顯微硬度為848.9kg/mm2。
[Abstract]:Because of its high covering ability, opacified glaze can make a large number of inferior mineral raw materials and industrial wastes widely used in the blank, which is beneficial to improve the ecological environment and reduce the production cost. Opacified glaze is widely used not only in building sanitary ceramics industry, but also in daily use ceramics. According to its formation mechanism, opacified glaze can be divided into three categories: gas phase opacified glaze, crystalline opacified glaze and split phase opacified glaze. In this paper, a separate phase opacified glaze is studied. Using feldspar, quartz, clay, burnt talc, light calcium carbonate, calcined zinc oxide, synthetic calcium phosphate, fluorite and zirconium silicate as raw materials, a phase separation opacified glaze was prepared by orthogonal test at 1250 ~ 1270 鈩,
