【摘要】：采用三維建模軟件Pro/E建立三葉型回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)三維模型,運(yùn)用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)流體仿真分析軟件Fluent,設(shè)置邊界條件,選用非預(yù)混燃燒模型、離散相模型求解窯內(nèi)溫度分布情況;通過(guò)對(duì)一次風(fēng)速、一次風(fēng)溫、葉片傾斜角、二次風(fēng)速、油噴射角度各影響參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)處于50~60 m/s的一次風(fēng)速,200℃的一次風(fēng)溫,150 m/s的二次風(fēng)速,旋流葉片角度為30°左右,噴油角度15°時(shí)窯內(nèi)能得到理想的溫度分布,研究結(jié)果為三葉型回轉(zhuǎn)窯設(shè)計(jì)制造和工程應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional modeling software Pro-E was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the internal flow field in a three-leaf rotary kiln. The fluid simulation and analysis software Fluent was used to set up boundary conditions, and a non-premixed combustion model was selected. The influence parameters of primary wind speed, primary air temperature, blade inclination angle, secondary wind speed and oil injection angle were analyzed and compared by discrete phase model.
