【摘要】:研究了一種用于窯法磷酸工藝的新型反應(yīng)層球團。通過熱分析分別確定了焦炭(C)及一氧化碳(CO)還原磷礦時所需的溫度,以及鈣硅比(CaO與SiO_2摩爾比)對焦炭(C)還原磷礦的影響。研究了球團反應(yīng)層中造孔材料摻量及爐內(nèi)空氣流速對磷礦還原率的影響,并對反應(yīng)后殘球的容重及抗壓強度進行了測定。結(jié)果表明:高溫下焦炭(C)和CO均能還原磷礦;隨著球團反應(yīng)層中造孔材料摻量及爐內(nèi)空氣流速的增大,磷礦還原率均呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的趨勢。爐內(nèi)空氣流速為500 m L/min時,球團造孔材料摻量與鈣硅比分別為8%和1.0的球團在1300℃下煅燒反應(yīng)3.5 h后,其磷礦還原率可達84.14%。
[Abstract]:A new reactive pellet used in kiln phosphoric acid process was studied. By thermal analysis, the temperature required for the reduction of phosphate rock by coke (C) and carbon monoxide (CO), as well as the effect of the ratio of calcium to silicon (Cao / Sio _ 2) on the reduction of phosphate rock by coke (C) and CO (CO) were determined respectively. The effect of pore-making material content in pellet reaction layer and air flow rate in furnace on the reduction rate of phosphate rock was studied. The bulk weight and compressive strength of the residual ball after reaction were measured. The results show that both coke (C) and CO can reduce phosphate rock at high temperature, and the reduction rate of phosphate rock increases first and then decreases with the increase of pore-forming material content in pellet reaction layer and the increase of air flow rate in furnace. When the flow rate of air in the furnace is 500ml / min, the reduction rate of phosphate rock can reach 84.14 when the ratio of pore-making material and calcium to silicon is 8% and 1.0, respectively, after calcined at 1300 鈩,
