【摘要】：可膨脹石墨作為一種新型功能性碳素材料應(yīng)用廣泛,尤其在防火阻燃材料中備受關(guān)注,但由于膨化溫度過高而在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中受到限制。現(xiàn)以50目天然鱗片石墨為原料,以KMnO_4/HClO_4/NH_4NO_3作為氧化插層體系,探索低溫高倍率可膨脹石墨的制備工藝,采用XRD、FTIR和SEM對(duì)鱗片石墨、可膨脹石墨及膨脹石墨的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和官能團(tuán)進(jìn)行了表征和分析。獲得插層最佳反應(yīng)條件為石墨∶KMnO_4∶HClO_4∶NH_4NO_3(質(zhì)量比)=1∶0.45∶8∶0.12,連續(xù)攪拌15min,攪拌速度200r/min,起始膨脹溫度為150℃,400℃下膨脹容積為430m L/g。分析表明:經(jīng)插層后石墨層邊緣和層間接枝了插層劑的含氧基團(tuán),導(dǎo)致晶體結(jié)構(gòu)完整性下降,層間距增大,層內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)未發(fā)生變化。經(jīng)膨脹后,低溫氣化的酸根離子呈氣體逸出,撐開石墨片層形成豐富的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:As a new functional carbon material, expandable graphite is widely used, especially in flame retardant materials, but it is limited in practical production because of its high expansion temperature. In this paper, using natural flake graphite of 50 mesh as raw material and KMnO- 4 / HClO _ 4 / S _ 4 / NH _ 4NO _ 3 as oxidation intercalation system, the preparation process of low-temperature and high-rate expandable graphite was explored. The structures of flake graphite, expandable graphite and expanded graphite were analyzed by XRDX FTIR and SEM. The morphology and functional groups were characterized and analyzed. The optimum reaction conditions of intercalation are as follows: graphite: KMnO4: HClO4: NH4NO3 (mass ratio 1: 0.45: 8: 0.12, continuous stirring for 15 min, stirring speed 200r-1 / min, initial expansion temperature 150 鈩，
