抗泥型聚羧酸高性能減水劑的合成及其對混凝土中砂含泥量適應(yīng)性研究

【摘要】:以二甲基二烯丙基氯化銨與甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸等單體共聚制備了一種新型聚羧酸系高性能減水劑母液,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得到最佳合成工藝為:n(丙烯酸)∶n(TPEG2000)=4.0∶1.0,DADMAC用量為單體總物質(zhì)的量的20%,反應(yīng)溫度70℃,反應(yīng)時間3.0~3.5 h。該減水劑可有效解決砂含泥量過高造成混凝土工作性下降的問題,對混凝土砂石料的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),并具有良好的增強(qiáng)和保坍性。
[Abstract]:A new type of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer mother liquor was prepared by copolymerization of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride with methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether and acrylic acid.
