酸浸輔助微波場(chǎng)去除石英砂中氣液包裹體的研究

【摘要】:隨著高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,高純石英玻璃的需求量越來越大,由于其理想原料礦天然水晶的儲(chǔ)量已近枯竭,而且極不均勻地分布在世界各地。所以,探索利用普通石英礦替代天然水晶作為原料制備高純石英玻璃是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切需求。普通石英礦中普遍含有氣液包裹體且現(xiàn)有工藝技術(shù)難以根本去除,這種結(jié)構(gòu)性雜質(zhì)是石英玻璃產(chǎn)生氣泡等缺陷的主要原因。因此,去除氣液包裹體是實(shí)現(xiàn)提純普通石英礦制備高純石英玻璃原料的重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。本文根據(jù)微波作為“體熱源”及其選擇性加熱的特點(diǎn),首先選擇適合采用微波場(chǎng)作用的優(yōu)質(zhì)石英礦,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了石英砂在微波場(chǎng)中加熱至不同溫度時(shí)對(duì)氣液包裹體的去除影響;建立了氣液包裹體一元純水體系熱爆裂模型;最后采用微波后再酸洗的工藝進(jìn)一步去除石英砂中氣液包裹體及主要的雜質(zhì)離子。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)首先對(duì)四個(gè)不同地區(qū)的石英礦進(jìn)行礦理分析,結(jié)果表明:馬達(dá)加斯加地區(qū)石英礦中氣液包裹體和主要雜質(zhì)離子的總含量最少且氣液包裹體的液相填充度相對(duì)較高。因此,馬達(dá)加斯加石英礦為最適合本實(shí)驗(yàn)的原料礦。通過微波加熱石英砂實(shí)驗(yàn)可知:石英砂在微波場(chǎng)中加熱至600℃、900℃時(shí),樣品中的氣液包裹體含量急劇下降。紅外光譜檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)微波場(chǎng)處理后的石英砂中水分子含量較原料下降明顯。通過SEM和偏光顯微鏡分析可知:經(jīng)微波場(chǎng)加熱至900℃恒溫120min處理后的石英砂顆粒表面產(chǎn)生的微裂紋較多且更寬,這更有利于氣液包裹體爆裂逸出。(2)根據(jù)微波物理化學(xué)、流體包裹體熱力學(xué)等理論建立了氣液包裹體(一元純水體系)在微波場(chǎng)中的熱爆裂模型,更深層次的認(rèn)識(shí)與理解微波“打開”氣液包裹體的熱力學(xué)特性,并解釋了少量微小氣液包裹體難以在微波場(chǎng)中爆裂的根本原因。(3)采用微波后再酸洗的工藝處理石英砂,探索了酸的種類、酸洗溫度及酸洗時(shí)間對(duì)石英砂中氣液包裹體及主要雜質(zhì)離子含量的影響,確定了混合酸配比為20%HCl、20%H2C2O4、15%HF、45%H2O,酸洗時(shí)間為6h,酸洗溫度為80℃的最佳酸洗工藝。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-tech industry, the demand for high-purity quartz glass is increasing. Because of its ideal raw material ore natural crystal reserves have been nearly depleted, and extremely uneven distribution around the world. Therefore, it is an urgent need for modern industrial development to explore the use of ordinary quartz instead of natural crystal as raw material to prepare high purity quartz glass. Gas-liquid inclusions are commonly found in common quartz ores and the existing technology is difficult to remove them. This kind of structural impurity is the main reason for the defects such as bubbles in quartz glass. Therefore, removing gas-liquid inclusions is an important and difficult point in the preparation of high purity quartz glass from ordinary quartz ores. According to the characteristics of microwave as a "body heat source" and its selective heating, a high quality quartz ore suitable for microwave field is first selected. On this basis, the effect of quartz sand on the removal of gas-liquid inclusions at different temperatures in microwave field is studied, and the thermal burst model of gas-liquid inclusions with pure water system is established. Finally, the gas-liquid inclusions and main impurity ions in quartz sand were removed by microwave and acid pickling. The main contents of the study are as follows: (1) first of all, the mineralogical analysis of quartz deposits in four different regions has been carried out. The results show that the total contents of gas-liquid inclusions and main impurity ions in quartz ores in Madagascar are the least and the liquid filling degree of gas-liquid inclusions is relatively high. Therefore, Madagascar quartz ore is the most suitable raw material ore for this experiment.
