【摘要】：利用X射線光電子能譜(XPS)等分析技術(shù)研究了LiH表面潮解產(chǎn)物L(fēng)iOH在室溫密封干燥貯存條件下發(fā)生的化學(xué)變化。結(jié)果表明,LiOH和LiH發(fā)生固體擴(kuò)散反應(yīng)生成Li_2O并放出氫氣,以致由聚合物表面包覆的LiH樣品密封貯存4a后,表層保護(hù)膜與LiH基體之間出現(xiàn)分層或有氣泡的現(xiàn)象。實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)樣品表面潮解產(chǎn)物L(fēng)iOH與環(huán)境中CO_2氣體反應(yīng)生成穩(wěn)定的Li_2CO_3后,得以完好保存。本文提出在LiH加工過程中,用一定濃度的CO_2作保護(hù)氣體鈍化其表面,使潮解產(chǎn)物L(fēng)iOH及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為Li_2CO_3,可提高其貯存穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The chemical changes of LiOH on LiH surface were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and other analytical techniques under room temperature sealed and dry storage conditions. The results show that solid diffusion reaction occurs between LiOH and LiH to produce Li2O and release hydrogen. After storage for 4 years by LiH sample coated on polymer surface, there is delamination or bubble between the protective film and LiH matrix. It was found that LiOH, the surface hydrolysate of the sample, could be well preserved when it reacted with COs _ 2 gas in the environment to form a stable LiSZ _ 2CO _ (3). In this paper, it is proposed that the surface of LiH can be passivated by using a certain concentration of CO-2 as protective gas during LiH processing, so that LiOH can be transformed into Li2CO3 in time, and its storage stability can be improved.
