鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑對載銀磷酸鋯表面改性效果的研究

【摘要】:采用鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑對載銀磷酸鋯進(jìn)行改性,選用黏度法、紅外光譜儀和掃描電子顯微鏡對表面改性效果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,改性后,載銀磷酸鋯的團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象明顯改善,鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑在載銀磷酸鋯表面形成了化學(xué)接枝,并通過R基團(tuán)與載銀磷酸鋯表面羥基反應(yīng),化學(xué)偶聯(lián)在抗菌劑表面;鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑對載銀磷酸鋯取得明顯改性效果,處理后粉體黏度更低,分散效果更強(qiáng),改性效果更好。使用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)2.5%的鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑時(shí),能達(dá)到最佳分散效果。
[Abstract]:Zirconium phosphate was modified by titanate coupling agent. The effect of surface modification was analyzed by viscosity method, infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the agglomeration of zirconium phosphate loaded with silver was obviously improved after modification. The titanate coupling agent formed a chemical graft on the surface of zirconium phosphate loaded with silver, and the surface hydroxyl group of R group was reacted with the surface hydroxyl of zirconium phosphate loaded with silver, which was chemically coupled on the surface of antimicrobial agent. Titanate coupling agent has obvious effect on the modification of zirconium phosphate loaded with silver, the viscosity of the treated powder is lower, the dispersion effect is stronger, and the effect of modification is better. When the titanate coupling agent with 2.5% mass fraction is used, the best dispersion effect can be achieved.
