激發(fā)劑組成對(duì)堿激發(fā)-礦渣水泥砂漿變形及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:系統(tǒng)研究了不同模數(shù)和含固量的Na_2SiO_3/NaOH復(fù)合激發(fā)劑溶液對(duì)水膠比為0.55的堿激發(fā)-礦渣水泥砂漿凝結(jié)時(shí)間、化學(xué)收縮、自收縮和抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響,并使用XRF,XRD,MBET等分析方法表征分析了礦渣樣品。結(jié)果表明,礦渣主要由無定形態(tài)SiO_2組成,具有較高的反應(yīng)活性。與同水膠比水泥砂漿相比,盡管具有相近的7 d化學(xué)收縮,然而堿激發(fā)-礦渣水泥砂漿的自收縮和抗壓強(qiáng)度均遠(yuǎn)大于水泥砂漿。不同激發(fā)劑組成對(duì)堿激發(fā)-礦渣水泥砂漿的變形及力學(xué)性能均有顯著地影響,其自收縮隨激發(fā)劑模數(shù)的增大而降低,隨含固量的增大先增大后減小。
[Abstract]:The effects of Na_2SiO_3/NaOH complex activator solution with different modulus and solid content on the setting time, chemical shrinkage, autogenous shrinkage and compressive strength of slag cement mortar with water-binder ratio of 0.55 were studied systematically. The slag samples were characterized and analyzed by XRF- XRD- MBET and other analytical methods. The results show that the slag is mainly composed of amorphous SiO_2 and has high reaction activity. Compared with the cement mortar with the same water-binder ratio, although it has a similar chemical shrinkage in 7 days, the autogenous shrinkage and compressive strength of the alkali activated slag cement mortar are much higher than that of the cement mortar. The composition of different activators has a significant effect on the deformation and mechanical properties of alkali activated slag cement mortar. The autogenous shrinkage decreases with the increase of the modulus of activator and then decreases with the increase of solid content.
