堿金屬摻雜硫酸鈣短晶的常壓水熱法合成與熱穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:以磷石膏為原料,采用常壓水熱法,在Ca~(2+)、Na~+、K~+氯化物電解質(zhì)溶液體系中制備了硫酸鈣晶須。研究了產(chǎn)物硫酸鈣的晶體形貌、晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、受熱失水溫度和晶體生長(zhǎng)控制機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:在10wt%~30wt%Ca~(2+)、Na~+、K~+的氯化物電解質(zhì)溶液,水熱結(jié)晶產(chǎn)物形貌均為長(zhǎng)徑比范圍在3~7的短晶。其中,在Ca~(2+)、Na~+、K~+氯化物體系下,磷石膏分別轉(zhuǎn)化為CaSO_4·0.5H_2O、Na_2Ca_5(SO_4)_6·3H_2O(水鈉鈣礬石)、K_2Ca(SO_4)_2·H_2O(多鈣鉀石膏)短晶,晶體受熱失水溫度分別約為161.2℃、259.4℃與489.8℃。探討了所摻雜堿金屬離子的對(duì)短晶結(jié)構(gòu)與熱穩(wěn)定性的影響。為硫酸鈣基晶須在塑料改性的應(yīng)用研究和工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)奠定研究基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate whisker was prepared from phosphogypsum by hydrothermal method at atmospheric pressure in the electrolyte solution system of Ca~(2. The crystal morphology, crystal structure, heat loss temperature and crystal growth control mechanism of calcium sulfate were studied. The results show that the morphology of hydrothermal crystallization products in the chloride electrolyte solution of 10wt%~30wt is short crystal with the ratio of length to diameter in the range of 3 ~ (7). Among them, phosphogypsum is transformed into CaSO_4 0.5H _ 2O-Na _ 2CaD _ 2C _ 2C _ 2C _ 2C _ 2C _ 2C _ 2O _ 3 in the system of Ca~(2, and the temperature of hot water loss of the crystal is about 259.4 鈩,
