流化-輸送床中煤的氣力分級數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:為提高流化-輸送床耦合裝置氣力分級過程中煤顆粒的品質(zhì),采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法,選擇耦合裝置的表觀氣速、進(jìn)料口位置和進(jìn)料速率三個(gè)參數(shù)為因素,每個(gè)因素取三個(gè)水平,考慮因素之間的交互作用,選取L18(37)正交表得到18組方案.運(yùn)用計(jì)算顆粒流體力學(xué)(CPFD)軟件,對煤顆粒氣力分級過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)合氣固流化-輸送床耦合裝置氣力分級實(shí)驗(yàn)對分級過程進(jìn)行研究,并以煤顆粒最優(yōu)分級效率為指標(biāo),由極差綜合分析法得出,耦合裝置的輸送床表觀氣速是影響煤顆粒氣力分級的主要因素,輸送床表觀氣速為8.30m/s、進(jìn)料口位置為輸送床下部以及進(jìn)料速率為22.5kg/(m~2·s)的最優(yōu)組合.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of coal particles in the pneumatic classification process of the fluidized conveying bed coupling device, the orthogonal test method was used to select three parameters, namely, apparent gas velocity, feed port position and feed rate of the coupling device, with three levels for each factor. Taking into account the interaction of factors, 18 groups of schemes were obtained by selecting L 18N 37) orthogonal table. By using computational particle hydrodynamics (CPFDs) software, the process of coal particle pneumatic classification is numerically simulated, and the classification process is studied by combining the gas-solid fluidization-conveying bed coupling device, and the optimal classification efficiency of coal particles is taken as the index. From the comprehensive range analysis method, it is concluded that the apparent gas velocity of the conveying bed of the coupling device is the main factor affecting the coal particle pneumatic classification. The apparent gas velocity of the conveying bed is 8.30 m / s, the feed inlet position is the lower part of the conveying bed and the feed rate is 22.5kg/(m~2 s.
