改性生土砌塊配合比試驗研究

【摘要】:通過單因素試驗對改性生土的工程特性進行試驗研究,從而確定草筋、粉煤灰、水泥、生石灰的合理取值區(qū)間。利用正交試驗方法考察各因素對改性生土抗壓強度、抗折強度的影響,并對試驗結(jié)果進行了極差、方差和因素指標分析。結(jié)果表明,各因素對改性生土砌塊28 d抗壓強度的影響順序為:水泥C草筋A粉煤灰B生石灰D。各因素對改性生土砌塊28 d抗折強度的影響順序為:草筋A水泥C生石灰D粉煤灰B。綜合分析各因素對改性生土砌塊抗壓強度、抗折強度的影響,最終確定改性生土砌塊的最優(yōu)配合比。
[Abstract]:The engineering characteristics of modified raw soil were studied by single factor test, so as to determine the reasonable value range of grass reinforcement, fly ash, cement and quicklime. The effects of various factors on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified raw soil were investigated by orthogonal test method. The results show that the order of influencing factors on the compressive strength of modified raw soil block for 28 days is as follows: cement C grass reinforcement A fly ash B quicklime D. The order of influencing factors on the flexural strength of modified raw soil block for 28 days is as follows: grass reinforcement A cement C quicklime D fly ash B. The influence of various factors on the compressive strength and flexural strength of the modified raw soil block is comprehensively analyzed, and the optimum mix ratio of the modified raw soil block is finally determined.
